		Andrew commenced in the banking & finance industry on the Gold Coast in 1980 where he worked in various lending & support positions in ANZ Bank. In 1986 he had a brief break from the finance industry and operated in the building & transport industries including time with a tower & mobile crane company. In 1987 Andrew joined Esanda Finance as part of its newly opened Coolangatta office where he specialised in property development and commercial mortgage lending. By 1990 he was appointed to a sales consultant position in commercial & chattel financing, where he developed his own clients and referral sources. By 1995 he was consistently one of Esanda Queensland's top business writers. Andrew subsequently moved into the finance broking industry commencing the commercial finance operations of Queensland Pacific Finance on the Gold Coast. By 1998, Andrew had established his own finance broking house - Nerang Finance - that operated in alliance with Queensland Pacific Finance. In July 2001, along with two long term colleagues Mark Hendriks & Lisa Healey, Andrew took up a partnership with CrediFlex to establish its Gold Coast presence. 		Andy has enjoyed a successful career in the banking and finance industry for over 24 years, predominantly with ANZ Bank but more recently as Regional Manager in the Corporate & Commercial Division of Bankwest. Andy’s career spans many different and interesting positions ranging from PNG for 2 years ( which he views as “a life changing experience”) to various International Trade roles in the early 80’s. But by far and away, most of his time has been spent dealing with customers in the commercial and residential lending segments in the Perth metropolitan area. Andy’s Business Lending experience includes several years as an analyst in ANZ’s corporate banking area, then a Relationship Manager role at East Victoria Park and quickly followed by an appointment as the Senior Business Centre Manager there. After that Andy was appointed Area Manager Osborne Park and in late 1999 was promoted to the position of District Manager, running the North West of WA for ANZ’s Regional Banking Division. In 2002 Andy joined Bankwest as Regional Manager Corporate & Commercial, where he was initially responsible for the Balcatta Business Centre, dealing with clients whose borrowing requirements were between $500k and $20m. Andy went on to run the Cannington Business Centre from January 2005 before leaving Bankwest and joining Crediflex in November 2005. “I chose to join Crediflex because their reputation for customer service was outstanding and their professionalism in all dealings with our mutual clients matched my own personal values and objectives,” explains Andy. “I am very much looking forward to adding my own years of experience and commercial insights to the benefit of my customers.” Andy has a Graduate Certificate in Strategy Innovation and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

		Bill commenced his banking and finance career with the ANZ Bank in 1974 at Sandgate and was transferred to several regional and western locations in Central Qld including a number of the mining towns in the Bowen Basin of Central Qld. Valuable experience was gained in the mining towns of Moranbah and Dysart in the mid 1970’s and 1980’s and he had a unique opportunity to serve in these locations at a time when the industry was quite young and these towns were being constructed. Bill also had exposure to the rural industry with a 3 year stint in Clermont CQ from 1979 to late 1981. In 1990 Bill moved to Mackay to take up his first managerial position and from 1990 to 1994 held the position of Relationship Manager. “During my time with ANZ Bank I obtained experience in all areas of lending particularly chattel finance with Esanda, property development and commercial lending in my role in Mackay”. In April 1994 Bill made the decision to leave ANZ and took up a position with Pioneer Permanent Building Society in Mackay commencing May 1994. Pioneer is a local Mackay based building society and at that time were seeking managerial staff with commercial and rural banking experience as the building society industry was undergoing considerable change. “From 1994 to 2003 I was responsible for the Society’s business development, network development and overall lending operations. During this period Pioneer expanded its network of branches and agencies into Far North QLD, Western QLD and south to the Sunshine Coast from a previous base predominantly centred in Mackay and Central QLD.” In early 2003 Bill took up a position with BOQ as business banking manager at Mackay. This was a newly created position and he was required to build a lending portfolio of business banking clients from scratch. This was a challenging and rewarding role however following discussions with a couple of existing Crediflex partners in early 2005 the seed was planted and Bill decided to leave BOQ and accept a Crediflex partnership in October 2005. Bill is an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australiasia (AKA Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance) and a Commissioner of Declarations.

		Di Strano Partner Di commenced her Banking Career with ANZ Bank at Beenleigh Qld in the mid ‘70s. In ’78 she went to NZ on a working holiday and rejoined ANZ Bank in Wellington. A requested transfer back to Australia saw her return to S/E Qld & in 1981 she entered the loans area, where she found her niche. Di has held various Lending and Managerial positions since then; the majority with ANZ Bank & a year as a Senior Personal Banking Officer with Barclays Bank. His career has involved working in Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. John’s primary focus throughout has been on Small Business, Commercial and Consumer Finance. In the early part of his career he was based in Perth and Bunbury, WA. In the 1990's he helped ANZ Retail Bank establish its small business Lending Centres and Commercial Banking operations in Perth, before moving to a Senior Relationship Management role in (Motor Vehicle) Dealer Finance at Esanda WA. In 1996 John was appointed to a Senior Management role at Esanda’s National Call Centre in Melbourne. He also assisted in establishing ANZ Direct and Esanda Direct Car Loans as specialist car finance products. Subsequently he was appointed to a Corporate Head Office role as National Manager Operations. In 1999 John was appointed Project Leader of the GST design and implementation team at Esanda Head Office. After successfully overseeing the transition to the new GST tax regime, John left the ANZ and returned to Perth at the end of 2000. John is an Associate of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (majoring in Banking and Finance) from The Western Australian Institute of Technology, now Curtin University. He has also completed an Executive Development Program at the University Of New South Wales. He has a Finance Brokers Licence allowing him to practice in WA. 		Lisa commenced her career in the banking & finance industry in 1984 with Mercantile Credits. Between 1984 and 1992 Lisa worked in a variety supervisory roles in Mercantile Credits and later Esanda Finance on the Gold Coast. During his time with the bank he held many varied positions, mainly involved with Customer Relationship Management and Commercial & Property Finance. He spent over 10 years working in the country regions of this State, his last posting was in Kalgoorlie where he spent 6 years gaining valuable experience in Commercial and Equipment Finance transactions to the mining and service industries. Rob holds an Australian Credit Licence, has a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/ Mortgage Broking Management), a Diploma of Business Studies and is an Associate with the Financial Services Institute of Australia. He also holds accreditation with other regulatory bodies within the Finance environment. Rob left the National Australia Bank late 2003 and joined CrediFlex as a Partner. This decision was to continue his personal development in the Finance arena and to join a professional services organisation, which is now considered a market leader as a professional intermediary throughout Australia. 		Robyn started her banking and finance career in 1996 when she was recruited to ANZ Bank as a personal banking consultant. At the time ANZ was establishing a new approach to providing financial services to its customers. Kiosk style banking offered customers a more flexible approach by opening 7 days per week. These kiosks were located in Coles’ supermarkets thus incorporating the “shops and bank” theme. In 1997 Robyn began a Masters Degree in Asian Studies. ANZ supported her studies and offered her a stint in Shanghai (China) in an effort to train local staff and develop templates for ex-patriots to have a point of reference whilst in China. Robyn had various roles within ANZ, some of which include Customer service trainer, Personal banking consultant and Financial Planner. In 2003 Robyn left ANZ Bank to become head of the finance division at Lawford Devin and Associates. In this role, Robyn developed the mortgage broking capabilities of this financial planning firm. Robyn has completed a Bachelor of Arts (management and sociology) and has a Master of Arts majoring in Asian studies. In 2005 Robyn started her own mortgage broking business called Manningham Lending., Robyn recently joined Crediflex as a partner and is looking to expand the Victorian mortgage broking business.

		Susan has 16 years of sales and service experience gained within the “services” industry. She has worked with: TNT Express International where she was instrumental in implementing a customer service strategy at a state level. Her success and dedication in this area saw her go on to become the National Customer Service Manager for both the international and domestic divisions of TNT. While working with TNT Susan also held a position as a Major Accounts Manager. From TNT Susan moved to the Hudson group (previously Morgan and Banks). Here she held position of Senior Account Executive providing “human capital” solutions for clients in the industrial, manufacturing and energy sector. Susan’s experience across a diverse range of industries and services has equipped her with a strong appreciation of client expectations. Coupled with her own experiences as a purchaser of financial services, Susan has used these experiences to shape the service parameters she now engages to provide “outstanding” customer service. Susan believes clients want the best solution in the market place, but are restricted by time constraints which hinder their ability to do the necessary market research. Over the past 13 years Trevor has occupied a number of Senior Management roles including Regional & District Management positions in Western Australia and more recently ANZ’s representative for the Northern Territory. Trevor has enjoyed success in all positions by working supportively and in partnership with staff, clients and other stakeholders. He and his family (between various transfers interstate & overseas) have resided in Western Australia for some 22 years and are very familiar with the Western Australian markets. Trevor is Vice Chairperson of the recently formed Home Based Business Association of WA (HBBAWA) which has a strong association with the Small Business Development Corporation. The principal objective of the HBBAWA is to provide assistance to Home Based Businesses with information and resources, and to work with and influence government at all levels to improve laws and regulations that promote their wellbeing. Trevor left ANZ in July 2002, established is own consulting business K9 Finance & Business Consultancy, which offers “services to improve operational & bottom line results of small businesses”. After completing necessary studies & obtaining a Finance Brokers licence, Trevor officially joined CrediFlex earlier this year. “I am looking forward to developing strong customer and stakeholder relationships and it’s really exciting to work with an organisation that values and is determined to service the needs of customers. I am enjoying the flexibility of my new work environment which enables me to play more golf, follow Aussie Rules & spend more time with my family”.

		John has been involved in Banking & Finance since 1981 when he started his career as a bank branch junior in country NSW. For 10 years he was based in Sydney and held a number of corporate banking management roles involving the capital markets, the insurance and fund management sector, and the top 100 corporates and multinationals market. After finishing an MBA and a research thesis examining disintermediation in the business banking market in Australia, he held a number of senior management and executive positions in both the domestic and international operations of ANZ Group based in Melbourne. Subsequently he took up an appointment in Esanda Finance in Brisbane where he was responsible at various times for the direct sales force, the broker division, and the dealer finance division in QLD as well as the overall executive function for Esanda in QLD & Northern NSW. In 2001 he co-founded CrediFlex. His experience spans credit management, operations management, marketing & sales, project management and business re-engineering.

		Warren has been in the banking and finance industry for over 30 years. Warren began his banking career in Strathpine and spent many years in North Queensland. He later moved to Port Moresby as a Business Banking Manager, Roma as Branch Manager, and Toowoomba as the Rural Specialist Manager before returning to Brisbane. Warren moved to Suncorp in 2001 where he was involved in a variety of senior management roles in the bank and has been working for himself consulting to the financial services industry as a Project Manager, while also establishing his finance broking business over the last 3 years. Warren’s aim has been to acquire a suitably established finance broking business to progress full-time as a finance broker.
