		John has been involved in Banking & Finance since 1981 when he started his career as a bank branch junior in country NSW. For 10 years he was based in Sydney and held a number of corporate banking management roles involving the capital markets, the insurance and fund management sector, and the top 100 corporates and multinationals market. After finishing an MBA and a research thesis examining disintermediation in the business banking market in Australia, he held a number of senior management and executive positions in both the domestic and international operations of ANZ Group based in Melbourne. Subsequently he took up an appointment in Esanda Finance in Brisbane where he was responsible at various times for the direct sales force, the broker division, and the dealer finance division in QLD as well as the overall executive function for Esanda in QLD & Northern NSW. In 2001 he co-founded CrediFlex. His experience spans credit management, operations management, marketing & sales, project management and business re-engineering.

		Brian has been involved in the Finance Industry for over 30 years, the first 25 with ANZ Bank where he became a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance division. His career has spanned three states, with some short offshore assignments. Brian's focus throughout has been on Commercial and Corporate Finance. He developed the national capability for CrediFlex as well as establishing the Western Australian operation from the ground up. Brian continues to have day to day dealings with select clients and has extensive experience in finance and finance advisory work in the Corporate segment, whilst overseeing the national commercial finance business and lender arrangements. He is also responsible for the administrative, IT and accounting functions for the Group as well as strategic external supplier partnerships. He is A Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Diploma in Finance/Mortgage Broking Management.

		Alecs has been with CrediFlex since its inception in 2001 and has been involved in all areas of the business’ development. Her background is over 20 years in the finance broking industry as well as a two year stint in Esanda Finance (ANZ Bank) Tailored Finance division. Alecs has a strong background in asset finance as well as considerable experience in Quality Management Systems – from system design and creation through to management and implementation.
